From idea to a full day in motion.

This was a separate event-coordination project, not part of my student-worker responsibilities at InE. I helped bring together the TechTrek company-visit program and Founder Circle discussion: aligning people, places, materials, and timing so participants could focus on learning and connecting.

An early proposal used the name Collider Lab for the founder-discussion concept. The completed event was presented as Founder Circle; these are not two separate events.

What I coordinated.

The itinerary connected visits to HAIzOL and JOWAVE with an introduction to S-tron China, entrepreneur self-introductions, the Founder Circle conversation, and networking. I worked across program design and practical delivery: participant coordination, transport, session flow, bilingual BrainPicker materials, founder name cards, and on-site execution.

01 / PLAN

Shape the experience

Translate a discussion concept into a workable agenda with clear transitions and participant touchpoints.

02 / PREPARE

Make materials usable

Create bilingual prompts and name cards that help people enter the conversation quickly.

03 / COORDINATE

Connect the moving parts

Keep visits, travel, speakers, and participants aligned across a packed afternoon and evening.

04 / EXECUTE

Support the room

Handle the live details so discussion and networking can happen naturally.

The aim was not simply to host an event. It was to create a setting where students and founders could meet as active contributors to the same conversation.

The result.

The completed event combined real company exposure with a more personal exchange around entrepreneurship. It shows the kind of work I most enjoy: giving a big idea enough structure to become a real, welcoming experience.

Planning materials and attendance/budget records informed this case study. Proposed details that changed during delivery are not presented as completed outcomes.
