Make complex programs manageable.

At InE, my work sits in the operational layer of several student programs. I turn raw information into usable lists and decisions, prepare presentation and award materials, and help events move from a plan into a finished experience.

The responsibilities vary by program, but the skills are consistent: careful screening, clear communication, dependable records, and attention to detail.

Future17: selection with care.

I supported the applicant journey from registration through resume screening and interview coordination. That meant reviewing materials against selection needs, organizing candidate information, preparing invitations, and helping the team keep a clear picture of next steps.

01 / INTAKE

Organize applications

Keep submitted materials and registration information structured for review.

02 / SCREEN

Surface relevant evidence

Read resumes and supporting materials carefully to support a consistent selection process.

03 / COORDINATE

Move decisions forward

Prepare interview invitations, scheduling information, and follow-up lists.

04 / PROTECT

Handle information responsibly

Keep individual applicant records private while communicating the process clearly.

Co-Innovate: finish strong.

For the program closeout, I helped verify participant rosters, produce certificates, prepare presentation slides, and support event execution. Those deliverables may look small individually, but together they shape how participants experience the final moment of a program.

Good program operations turn many separate tasks into one dependable participant experience.

Applicant records and personalized certificates are intentionally not published here. The public-facing poster shown above represents only one part of the wider operational work.
